The Company History started on the 7th of August, 1991, by creation of ICHP Shatokhin S.M. "Tyumen consulting bureau TIKE". It began the first consulting company in the Tyumen region. In 1999 when the concept of sole proprietorship was cancelled in Russia, ZAO Consulting Company PREFISH was created on the base of property, personnel, technologies and intellectual property of TCB "TIKE".
As the oldest consulting structure of the Tyumen region ZAO Consulting Company PREFISH has acquired a high professional
reputation for these years and work together with the Tyumen Region Duma, Tyumen Region and autonomous districts authorities,
region municipal bodies by providing consulting services, contract works for bid and tender documentation for various events, training
of government officials and entrepreneurs, working-out development strategies for industries and municipalities.
For these years we have realized hundreds of entrepreneurial projects, registered thousands of enterprises, executed our clients'
